Eligibility & Youth Protection

- If we learn a child used restricted features without consent, the account/data may be removed.
Your Content & License
- You retain ownership of user‑generated content.
- You grant FlashNest a limited license to process/display your content solely to operate the features you request (e.g., show cards, play audio) on your device.
- You must have rights to the content you add.
Privacy & Local‑Only Design
- Current version keeps your data on your device; we don’t maintain server copies.
- No sale of personal data.
- Future sync/backup will be opt‑in with clear consent and updated terms/policy.
Acceptable Use
- No illegal, hateful, or rights‑violating content.
- No abuse, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Don’t reverse engineer or tamper with security in harmful ways.
AI Assistant
- Chat is not stored on our servers and is not used to train models.
- Outputs may contain errors; verify before critical use.
- Avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data in prompts.
Payments & Subscriptions
- If subscriptions or purchases are available, platform billing terms apply.
- Pricing, renewals, and refunds follow the respective store policies.
- Benefits of paid tiers are described in‑app and may change with notice.
